Wendy H. Price has more than 25 years qualitative and quantitative marketing research experience, including design, analysis, implementation, program development, training, business planning, focus group moderation, executive interviewing, and presentations.

Before founding WHP Research in 2002, Wendy directed the research efforts for HMSHost Corporation (a former division of Marriott Corporation) to support food and beverage development, new concepts, operational improvements, and marketing efforts in airports, travel plazas, shopping centers, and other entertainment venues. She also designed and executed company-wide mystery shopping and customer response programs. Wendy worked nearly 13 years at Marriott Corporation and HMSHost, conducting research that has led to many of the branded concepts now commonly found at airports and travel plazas.

Wendy also directed marketing research projects at Capital One and General Mills and has worked at Elrick & Lavidge, Market Facts, and two advertising agencies.

Wendy earned a Master of Marketing Research (MMR) from the University of Georgia in Athens and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (BS) from Indiana University in Bloomington. She is a graduate of the Leadership Excellence Institute, a certified focus group moderator, and has spoken at many industry conferences.
